Thierry Mugler puts his own stamp on the classic menswear tuxedo jacket, reinterpreting the tux in a very sexy manner.  This striking vintage example dates to the 1980's.

Done in a soft black wool with traditional satin lapels Mugler adds a little twist by closing the jacket on the far left side, creating an asymmetrical neckline.  The tuxedo jacket is tightly fitted throught the waistline, which gives it a very feminine and sexy appearance.

There are four oval wool buttons at the left front and one on each sleeve, these are placed above metal snaps used for closure.  There are no pockets to detract from the sleek lines of this vintage Mugler jacket.

The tuxedo jacket is all wool, lined in black silk, and in pristine condition.   It is marked a size 42, but please check the measurements as well.
