Oscar de la
Renta Coat Dress
Rich
and lustrous burgundy velvet transforms a classic
coat dress into a glamorous evening gown designed by
Oscar de la Renta, circa 1970.
The
flattering low cut neckline sets off the double
breasted style of the dress. Four large black braid
covered buttons are purely decorative. The dress
closes securely with a series of snaps and hooks and
eyes underneath. Two pockets with matching buttons
sit on the hips. The long sleeves are narrow and
fitted with invisible zippers at the wrist. The
dress is fully lined with a matching burgundy silk,
and it is in pristine condition.
