Golden Jean Muir Jacket

Well known for her fluid jersey dresses British designer Jean Muir also worked in leather. This vintage gold leather jacket is a very glamorous example of her work.

Soft and supple, the unlined leather jacket is constructed in a simple cardigan style. Collarless and without closures the jacket is clean lined, the only ornamentation being two patch pockets at the hipline and an all over pierced decoration in the shape of a stylized fish.

Perfect with anything from an evening dress to a pair of jeans this golden jacket from the 1970's is in pristine condition.
