The bodice has a self tie collar and a hidden button placket above a row of snaps at the waistline.  The long sleeves are gathered into cuffs made from a coordinating striped silk.  The skirt has stitched-down pleats at the hipline and the horizontal stripes at the hemline match the cuffs.

The dress is lined in an orchid colored silk charmeuse, and the Couture label is in the side seam.

Couture quality construction and stitching are apparent throughout the garment.  The dress shows no signs of wear and it is in excellent condition.
