Are You Seeing Spots?
Perhaps you see
yourself in this great polka dot patterned sun dress retailed by
Saks Fifth Avenue in the 1950's.
Big cream
colored polka dots pop against the cocoa colored cotton of the
dress. The bodice and pockets are treated to a witty application
of oversized magenta sequins centered on the polka dots.
The fitted
bodice is fully lined and boned for support, and there are two
narrow straps and a center back zipper. The full skirt has two
large open "pockets" with smaller pockets inside. There is a
surprising and charming red petticoat underneath. This is a
great day-into-evening dress and it is in perfect condition.
