1950's Beaded Sweater

This sweater is as summery as a bowl of peaches and cream! The flattering color, a pale peachy pink, is accented by pink and white beadwork.

The pearl buttoned cardigan is densely beaded with white caviar beads at the neckline, cuffs and hemline. The same beads are scattered across the body of the sweater. Opalescent white bugle beads are used for the flowers and leaves, and pale pink pearls are suspended from a row of bugle beads for the stylized grape clusters. This technique creates both depth and movement at the neckline and the cuffs. This sweater is fully lined and it is in excellent condition.
