Charming 1950's Lace Dress

Snow white lace is layered over nude illusion and an underdress of pink tulle to create an unbelievably feminine dress.

If we start from the bottom up, there is a pink strapless underdress, pretty enough to wear by itself.  The fitted and boned bodice is pink taffeta.  The skirt is layer upon layer of ribbon edged pink tulle, six layers to be exact, as well as a taffeta layer.

The construction of the dress is quite simple by comparison.  A round neckline of nude illusion, long fitted sleeves with zippers at the cuffs, a close fit at the waist and narrow through the hips are the perfect foil for the very full and very feminine skirt.  Just what you would expect from a gorgeous dress from the 1950's.

This dress is in pristine condition, probably only worn once.
