Sleek, structured, oh so chic and never, ever used. This 1950's black silk moiré bag by Ingber is a great find.

It is very rare to see an evening bag in this size, but what a good idea. The bag is made form black silk moiré, sometimes called watered silk. It has a sleek brass and chrome closure in keeping with the sleek look of the bag. The interior is pristine black satin with the Ingber name and logo in gold. There are two open pockets and a zippered compartment on one side. The bag retains the original comb and mirror. The mirror has the humorous company slogan on the back, " Ingber, the best thing on your arm".

On the opposite there is an open pocket lined in bright red satin.  The original coin purse remains with the bag, still stuffed with tissue. This great bag is in pristine, unused condition.
