Perfect for so many reasons, this chic little vintage bag, Made in Italy by Rodo in the 1970's, is a metallic outlined brocade that goes with almost everything and goes everywhere because it packs flat for travel.

Retailed by Bonwit Teller the bag is done in soft shades of rose, purple, moss green, pale pink, and brown outlined in gold thread on a cream background.  The double strap is made form gold braid that also edges the side of the bag.  There is an interior brass snap closure, and the bag is lined in rich purple silk moiré.  There is one interior pocket lined in gold satin.

There is plenty of room for a cell phone, lipstick and some cash in this elegant evening bag, and it is in pristine condition.
