Bernard Perris Tunic & Trousers

From the same estate as the previous Apollo coat, this is a tunic top and trousers from Bernard Perris.  It is a perfect match to the coat, but some people will want the coat and others will want this outfit so I am selling them separately.  If you want all of it just send me an email.

Bernard Perris is known for his dramatic and theatrical clothing, his designs were the subject of an exhibit at The Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris in 1988.

Here he has combined wool jersey and vinyl in the "Abalone" model tunic and pants from the 1970's.  The hip length tunic is trimmed with vinyl at the neckline, the faux pockets and the wide band at the hips.  Like the coat this trim is channel quilted.   The matching wool jersey trousers are trimmed with a band of vinyl at the hem.  The tunic top has a center back zipper and is fully lined.  The pants also have a center back zipper and they are fully lined.  They do not have a waistband for a smoother fit.

Copious amounts of hand stitching are used in this outfit and it is in excellent condition.
