Ken Scott Beaded Print Outfit

"Ken Scott was doing psychedelic colors before anyone even knew what psychedelic was all about" said a Manhattan fashion illustrator in a 1968 interview in Time Magazine.  "Nobody dares to put color next to color the way he does."   And how about adding color coordinated sequins to the mix!

This striking two piece outfit is printed in a great colorful geometric pattern, and the top is embellished with sequins in each block.  Made from Ban-Lon, one of his signature fabrics, the collarless top has long sleeves and a series of fabric covered buttons and loops at the center back.

The style of the trousers is quite simple, a grosgrain band serves as an interior waistband, there are four darts, a zipper on the left side and wide, full cut legs.

It is marked a vintage size 12, so please check the measurements below.  Both pieces are in excellent condition.
