Supported by wide lace straps the bodice is made from horizontal bands of scalloped lace and embroidered linen.  The skirt is composed of vertical bands of pin tucked linen and lace insertion with three bands of horizontal lace above the flounce.  This flounce is richly embellished with more lace insertion and pin tucks.

The slip closes at the center front with fourteen linen covered buttons running from the top of the bodice to the flounce. This feminine and alluring garment is in excellent condition.
