Art Deco Voided Velvet Shawl

Exquisite colors and a dramatic combination of tropical flowers and birds are combined beautifully in this stunning silk shawl from the 1920's.

There is a wide border of blue silk velvet surrounding the voided velvet center. This field is composed of coral, tan, gold, grey, black and blue velvet flowers and birds on a black silk chiffon background. The shawl is completely bordered with a deep black silk fringe. It is in pristine condition.
