Edwardian Beaded Shoes

These black kid leather shoes were the height of fashion in the early 1900's.

A series of straps at the center front is lavishly hand beaded with black jet. This design continues to the tip of the pointed toe.

Four of the straps have buttons and the other two are purely decorative. The shoes have a fashionable Louis heel and they are in excellent condition.
