About your selection:
- All items are carefully
selected for their aesthetic appeal, high quality workmanship and
superb condition. Any flaws are indicated in the description
of the item. In order to keep returns to a minimum, please select
carefully.
- Measurements are provided
for all garments. Please use a garment that fits you well as a
guide, or ask someone to help you with measurements. Please e-mail
with any and all questions.
- All items are thoroughly
inspected before shipping.
To order an item:
- Browse through our online
catalog and when an order is placed, availability will be confirmed
within 48 hours.
- Free Shipping is via U.S. Postal
Service Priority mail within 5 business days.
- Shipping by Federal Express
is available with your account number.
- Payment may be made by
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, personal check, wire
transfer or money order.
Layaway
- Layaway is available
for items over $500.00. One-third deposit is required at the
time of order confirmation and the balance is due in 30 days. I
am happy to speak to you regarding a more personalized layaway
agreement. Please email or call if you have any questions.
- No returns will be
permitted on layaway purchases, and the deposit will be
forfeited if payments are not completed according to the
schedule.
Returns and Refunds:
In the rare instance where a
return is necessary you must follow these steps:
- E-mail, fax, or call within
24 hours of signed receipt of package for return acceptance.
- Return the package by the
same carrier, fully insured, within 48 hours.
Notes about Returns:
- If the item is returned in
satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued immediately minus
shipping charges and any credit card fees.
- No returns are accepted on
International shipments due to customs fees.
- No refunds will be issued
for items damaged in shipping. A claim must be filed with the
carrier.
- There are no returns or
refunds on layaway purchases.
Sales Tax:
- Applicable sales tax, if any,
will be charged to residents of Pennsylvania and New York State.
